The Chief Architect Forum (CAF) has announced that Chief Architect Zach Gardner, of Keyhole Software – a boutique consulting firm in Kansas of 100 senior software developers that builds custom software for clients from startups through Fortune 500, has been named its Board.
“We are ecstatic that Zach will be taking a leadership with the CAF, the preeminent community in the world for chief architects,” said Paul Preiss, the CEO of Iasa Global, which started CAF last year.
Gardner has been with Keyhole for 11 years. He rose through the ranks at Keyhole from an IC to a team lead to an architect. Today, he is the firm’s chief architect.
Gardner focuses his practice primarily on healthcare and the Microsoft ecosystem. But he has worked in many other industries, including education, financial services, agriculture, energy, construction, and accounting. Gardner also hosts videocasts on Generative AI and career development, and is frequently the face of Keyhole.
“Participating on the CAF Board is a tremendous opportunity to connect with other chief architects for both networking and to stay ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends,” said Gardner.
CAF, like its sister organization Women in Architecture, hosts events and workshops all over the world, furthering its mission of sharing best practices among chief architects in the private and public sector. Check out a link to its calendar here.
Furthermore, CAF members frequently have an opportunity to contribute to CIO Magazine as well as Iasa Global’s own Architecture & Governance Magazine, which can be viewed here (https://www.architectureandgovernance.com/)
